The Cal Poly Construction Management Team led by Professors Jeong Woo and Daniel Knight designed, constructed, and installed ten cast concrete benches in The San Luis Obispo Botanical Garden, in early June 2021. The new benches provide comfortable, study, and stylish outdoor seating. A special thanks to Lief McKay of RRM Design Group, Sylvia Ardana of SLO County Building and Planning, and Nick Franco of SLO County Parks and Recreation for assistance with permits.
Thank you to the many dedicated San Luis Obispo Botanical Garden volunteer crews, led by Eve Vigil and Mary Peraca, for preparing the site and making the Garden lovely.
